Contrasting 1

　On account of the new job, I had been looking for a rental house for some time. And there were exactly two rooms to let near my company recently. One is Fairfax APTS and the other is CAMPUS APTS. I had made up my mind to rent the former one for there are some reasons below. First, there are two large bedrooms in Fairfax APTS, while the Campus only has one. If I choose the Fairfax, I can hold a party and invite my friends to celebrate festivals and for fun. Second, the facility of air-conditioner and furnishing are included in Fairfax APTS; in contrast, there is nothing in the Campus APTS. So I will have extra expense if I rent the latter. Third, the former costs $1250 monthly but the latter costs only $900. Though Fairfax APTS is much expensive, but I think the living quality of it is better than CAMPUS APTS. Last but not least, I’m allergic to animals’ fur, so I must choose Fairfax APTS! It’s because I don’t want to sneeze every day. In conclusion, I like the former at first sight, and it have so many advantages so I will live in right away!
