 It is needless to say that everyone may be under a great pressure in certain situation, especially for students. When facing schoolwork, plenty of people out of question feel stressed. Therefore, there are some good suggestions to help you reduce stress. First, you can do your homework for thirty minutes and then take a rest for ten minutes by turns. Besides, you can watch TV, walk around, or play games with your siblings and so on during the break time. Second, you can do exercise for at least 30 minutes every day after you finish a long and tiring day at school. It will help you relax a lot and feel comfortable after you sweat. Third, you can play online games or chat with your friends through the Net. By doing so, they will distract your attention about annoying problems at school. Last but not the least, you have to hold a positive and active attitude toward challenges you are faced with. As the proverb goes, ”God helps those who help themselves. ” As long as you follow these suggestions you will overcome stress easily.
